Hello friends today I'm visiting share a secret  to you for better sleep.1.Flax seeds. flax seeds  are loaded with plenty of nutrients, it is one amongst oldest crop, there are two forms of this crop one is brown and therefore the other is golden in color but they're equally nutritious. It helps in curing many diseases prefer it reduces cancer risk it should improve cholestrol and lower the  pressure level .But now involves the purpose that how its help in to urge better sleep. so, its relax your brain and improve brain function. It has many protein ,vitamins ,minerals and plenty of more things which helps you to urge better sleep .You can grasp before visiting bed. 
Almonds....
    

2.Almonds.   almost 8-10 almonds you must eat daily in morning, almonds are rich in vitamin- E, it is also good for heart and brain. Almonds contain high doses of melatonin hormone that helps regulate the sleeping.
